Verify any serialClaim a new certificate
Issuance checks the criteria, then freezes a snapshot of your name and the title at issue time and signs the immutable fields. Editing the database row afterwards makes verification report tampered rather than silently lying.
In edge mode, Latin-1 names get a PDF and every other script gets a Unicode-correct SVG. Arabic, Chinese and Cyrillic PDFs need an embedded TrueType face, which does not fit in a 10 ms CPU budget — that is a real reason to turn the VPS on, not a theoretical one.
Affiliate
Attribution is first-touch and permanent: it is written once at signup and never overwritten. Clicks are rolled up daily rather than stored per click, because one row per click would eat the D1 write budget and the per-click detail has no operational value.

These snapshots may contain notes and answers you typed. Silent upload to a server is not a default worth shipping, so the default here is ask each time.
Firefox does not implement indexedDB.databases(), so every
site declares its databases in window.MX_IDB_MANIFEST. That
manifest doubles as the mapping from raw stores to chart-ready facts.
